Free clipart for Spring needed? You are in the right place!

It’s March already! We need that free clipart for Spring!

The link to my free designs is a bit further down this time and has my name all over it. So scroll until you see a picture that says, Gilly Maddison’s free spring clipart. But please read this whole post before rushing to get the free designs, to avoid potential problems.

There are instructions on how to get all of the free files in my latest YouTube video .

This time, I am giving away lots of files!

They include a cut file for people using a Silhouette Cameo electronic cutting machine. It’s simple to make stickers from my designs with the cut file I created in Silhouette Studio.

To be clear, I did use the services of my ai buddy to create the free clipart for Spring.

However – I have significantly modified each design.

And I spent a long time creating sticker style borders for each one as well.

There was a lot of work involved in making these designs suitable for a range of uses.

You are getting 16 individual PNG files, one for each design.

My video shows how you can turn these into digital stickers to use in Goodnotes on iPad.

It also shows how to rearrange and resize them in Procreate on iPad and in Canva on most devices.

My video about the free clipart for Spring also shows how you can easily resize the individual PNGs.

You can make them much bigger or much smaller once you know how.

Also, I have created a printable A4 PDF sheet with 13 of the Spring designs on it.

That’s for anyone wanting to print and clip them out for collage.

And there is also a transparent A4 PNG file with 18 images on it.

These were cut out on my Silhouette Cameo 3 using the cut file I designed.

Silhouette Cameo users might like the bonus cut file I have included.

In making this video, I decided to create a cut file so you could see how they look cut out.

And so I am giving you that file too!

That means, if you have a Silhouette Cameo cutter, you can make lovely Spring themed stickers for your journals.

PLEASE NOTE: Silhouette Cameo users, you must set your Cameo to print only the BLUE line.

The real magic in this free Spring clipart is in the individual PNG files.

PNG files are images with no background. The background shows up on screen as a chequerboard in grey and white. But that does not print, the chequerboard design tells you the background is transparent.

The next picture of mine (check for my name across the top and in yellow at the bottom) is of all the PNGs in one screenshot so you can see the chequerboard background. Except, isn’t a background at all – which makes PNGs SO versatile for papercrafting and digital design. And just so you know what is MY content on this page – I have put my name all over it – Gilly Maddison – always look for my name on an image to make sure it is my content. So whatever appears after this paragraph, look for the next image with MY NAME ON. Blog posts can be so visually confusing these days! AND – I NEVER ask for payment details. Why would I? My free designs are FREE. Occasionally someone contacts me to say they were asked for payment details. RUN AWAY if that happens because that’s not my link!

Ok – with that out of the way, here is a look at what is in the free clipart for Spring Zip file.

This is the first time I have put a Zip file on my Googledrive. So I anticipate some of you might not know how that works.

To explain – you will see from that image I posted above, there are many different files in this set.

It would be a pain to upload lots of files because I would have to give you lots of links.

Zip files – have to be decompressed (unzipped) for you to access them.

And that is the part that some people may struggle with.

So please make sure you watch my YouTube video explaining how to access this zip file and how to unzip it. Not doing so may mean you have problems accessing the files – it is easy when you know how.

Please can I ask you to feedback to me over in the comments on YouTube about how you got on?

Were you able to download all the files ok?

If you missed it further up, you can see the instruction video here

So please do feedback how easy or hard it was for you.

You can also use this free Spring clipart in digital note taking apps such as Goodnotes.

In my video about these new Spring designs, I show you how to import them into Good Notes on iPad to create digital stickers.

I also show you how to use the PNG files in Canva to create Spring themed gifts.

Created in Canva with my Spring Hare design.
Created in Canva with my flowery Wellies design.

That’s about it for this post!

I hope you make the most of my free clipart for Spring designs.

If you have any problems accessing them, please let me know in the comments under the video over on YouTube.
