Faux stained glass design for you! Make a glossy paper beads bracelet – so easy.
The faux stained glass trend has been popular in 2025, so I made that the theme of this printable.
And you can get this free printable faux stained glass design for paper beads very easily.

Going forward, it’s always in the caption of the picture of me holding the free printable – near the top of the post.
The key thing in making these beads is the way the glossy sealer I used gives the paper beads a glass like finish.
These beads will really pop if you use the sealer I used in my YouTube tutorial – Anita’s 3D Clear Gloss.
It’s made by a UK company called DoCrafts.
If you can’t get it in your local craft materials supplier, I do have it in my UK Amazon shop.

UK Amazon buyers click here.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be available on Amazon.com.
But I did find an American stockist on a website called Go Supps.
So click here if you want to order some from there in the USA.
But be warned – it is expensive in the USA compared to the UK.
$34.99 as opposed to £7.37 in the UK!
For glazing my faux stained glass design, this sealer was amazing – it made the colours really pop.

You can see my the full tutorial for making these beads over on my YouTube channel.
You will see how I transformed two sheets of A4 paper and some wire into a beautiful bracelet.

This is what I LOVE about paper beading!
We take mere paper and transform it into something substantial and beautiful to wear.
These memory wire bracelets make great handmade gifts.
I used gold coloured memory wire in this video tutorial.
There is some memory wire in my Amazon shops if you can’t get it locally.
These links are suggestions to get you started – but please shop around to make sure this is right for you.
If you buy from one of my Amazon links, I do get a tiny commission – you can see my Amazon Affiliate statement here.
If you want to ask me anything about this project, you can leave a comment under the video on YouTube.
Or find me on social media:-
The other key thing in this video about the faux stained glass design is the tiny core hole in my beads.
I usually do my paper bead videos using a 3mm paper bead tool which gives me a 3mm core hole.
But what if you want a 1mm core hole?
How would you do that?
Well I show you my hack methods for a tiny core hole using knitting needles or a pokey tool
And I show you my favourite hack for making sure the paper bead strip doesn’t slip around the knitting needle.
If you want a pack of the knitting needles I use to give me a wider choice of paper bead core holes – see below.

And the ‘Pokey Tool’.
