There’s something really calming about working with your hands.

DIY heart earrings are loved for their versatility.

The same heart design can be used in countless ways depending on what craft you are using them for.

The two different formats, PNG and PDF have lots of different uses.

PDFs are great for crafters who love using free clip-art in crafts such as collage and scrap-booking.

PNG files are great for people who love using transparent PNG designs in apps such as Canva.

Printable designs are especially useful because they’re accessible.

All you need is a printer and basic crafting supplies, making this a low-cost, low-stress way to enjoy handmade jewellery making at home.

Oh yes – those Europunch hole punching pliers I used in my video!

You will need these pliers to create a small nest hole in your earrings to attach the jump rings and earring wires.

You may be able to get these ones – which I have used for years and absolutely love, or similar in your local craft shop.

If you can’t find a tiny hole punch locally, I do have them in my Amazon stores.

The links to the UK and the .com sites are in the caption under the picture of the pliers.

(You can always tell which pictures are mine, as opposed to ads, because my name/website is always stamped on them.)

I do make a very small commission if you buy through my links – you can see my Amazon Affiliate statement here.

It appears the Europunch tool may not be available on the Amazon UK website.

If you find that is the case, you might like to try the alternative that I found.

I have put a picture of it here – it has purple handles and will function exactly the same as the one I recommend.

But I haven’t used these ones myself, so I can’t speak from experience.

However, they do have an overall 4.4 star rating on Amazon across 1060 reviews.

A Creative Project with Meaning

Hearts have always symbolised love, care, and connection.

When you create DIY heart earring, they become more than accessories — they become personal.

Many people use these designs to make thoughtful handmade gifts and keepsakes.

This kind of creative making is about enjoyment, not perfection. It’s about slowing down, experimenting, and letting your creativity flow.
